Summit Disability Network is an organisation that was formed in 2015 to help families and people with disabilities continue to experience the positive benefits of sports, recreation and holidays.
Paul from Summit came to see us about doing a wrap for their two new buses, and gave us an idea for the design and let us go to work... Our graphic designer worked closely with Paul and after a few ideas and revisions, we came up with a design that was bright, colourful and clean. We incorporated special vehicle vinyl and one way view sticker for the windows - so the occupants can still see out the windows. Check out the photos of the before - and finished product! and while you are at it - check out www.summitdisability.org.au - Good people doing great work! Innovative Print Solutions are a proud sponsor of Manly Warringah District Cricket Club and a player sponsor of their first grade captain Cameron Merchant.
They recently became Club Champions and had a cracking 2017/2018 season! Check out Cameron's Bio on the link below: https://www.manlycricket.com/player/cameron-merchant/ No not Christmas! It’s almost the start of the footy season!
That means it’s a busy time for IPS as we start on printing and prepping all the signage for Lottoland (or Brookvale Oval as the locals know it). As all the signage goes down over the summer season, everything has to be installed ready for the first NRL home game - Round 2 on March 18th - Manly vs Parramatta. The oval is a hive of activity as the install all happens over just one (crazy) week and stays up for the season. The signage is so much more than the grandstand signs, it's also the dressing rooms, the corporate lounges, and directional signs around the ground too. Lots of work! We even had a sneak peek at what’s to come the other day and climbed up to the crossbar of the goalposts to install some signage for a sponsor - TFH Hire… Can’t wait to the first game kicks off! Trev from Surfside Motorcycles, has a slightly adventurous hobby - Sidecar racing.
In just over 20 days (and a few nights) he has constructed this ready to race Formula 2 sidecar outfit - Priscilla 2. Team Priscilla spent the weekend racing at Phillip Island in the International Island Classic - the Southern Hemisphere's largest historic motorcycle meeting. IPS did the stickers for this awesome CBR600 powered sidecar outfit and according to Trev it goes as fast as it looks. After a (far too) short break we are back open and running at full steam!
All of us at Innovative Print Solutions would like to wish you have a fabulous January, peaceful February, enjoyable March, lovely April, stress-free May, joyous June, happy July, blessed August, wonderful September, festive October, nice November and ultimately the happiest December! And last but not at all the least, have the most exciting and charming New Year! Wow! What a crazy last few weeks it has been at IPS. The press has been running almost 24 hours a day, books, magazines, school yearbooks, calendars have been flying out the door, and the place has been truly buzzing. We all look forward to winding down for the year and taking a well earned break. Phew!
This holiday season IPS will be closing from Friday the 22nd December till Monday 8th January. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal clients for their business this year, and wish everyone and their families a joyous Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year! We look forward to seeing you all in 2018... Love from all the team at Innovative Print Solutions! Christmas cards first came about in the year 1843 when the first cards were commissioned by Sir Henry Cole and were illustrated by John Callcott Horsley in London. The main picture showed three generations of family raising a toast to the card’s recipient; on either side were scenes of charity, with food and clothing being handed out. 2000 cards were printed and sold that year for a shilling each. Fast forward 174 years, and Christmas cards remain a staple tradition. Christmas cards are not only a fun way to spread Christmas cheer and well-wishes to family and friends, but they are also a great way for businesses to show appreciation for their customers, reinforce business relationships and retain brand awareness.
Here are a few tips to sending Christmas cards for business: Use your handwriting if possible. Add personalization to your cards by signing your name, hand-addressing the envelope, and adding a nice note. Show your customers that you took the time to give their card a personal touch. Keep your cards professional. Avoid humor that may be misconstrued or offensive. Keeps your cards tasteful and sincere as they are a reflection of your business and brand. Maintain an accurate list. Keep your list current and up-to-date with correct names and addresses. Make sure you’re not sending a card to someone who has left. As you gain new contacts throughout the year, be sure to add them to your list. And unless you know the contact socially, always send the card to their office versus their home. Send them on time. Ideally cards should be in the mail by the second week of December. Many companies close down for part of the holiday, so be sure your clients receive your card before the break. Make them personal. Don't just go out and buy a packet of generic Christmas cards. Get a designer to make a card that is reflective of your business branding and include your logo. Contact us here at Innovative Print Solutions to discuss your Christmas card needs! We have many, many years of Christmas print experience and know how to make your cards look great! IPS are proud to support Surf Girls Australia for their Do it in a Dress Fundraiser Sun 29th Oct at Dee Why..

Legends of League is Australia's newest Rugby League Tournament and will be held at Central Coast Stadium, played over 6 hours on Saturday 18th November 2017. The tournament will pay homage to the skill, ability and personality that continue to be the trademarks of the players and ambassadors throughout retirement and their professional careers. This Rugby League festival will put these former players to the test, all for a worthy cause to raise funds for the official tournaments charity partner. Players include: Steve Menzies, Wendell Sailor, Andrew Ryan, Danny Buderus, Luke Burt, Matt King, Mark Riddell, Craig Wing and 100 former star players... IPS have created something different for this event (as well as flyers and posters) - Bigger than lifesize heads of some of the players. Printed on 3mm PVC these are flexible and durable, they have been cut to shape and we think they look great! Check out the Legends of League website : www.legendsofleague.com.au or click below. |
